First of all I am so happy and It was my pleasure to stay in The Ritz-Carlton Amman for 5 days on my trip from Dubai, The Welcoming from the staff is so classy I would say Thank you to Mr, Abdulla in the Reception he is so respectful and he have a very classy way with the customer's Also Mr, Hassan and Mr, Faris they are so gentles the treat with them is so comfortable In the morning at the breakfast I was so happy to meet Mr, Anas he is so respectful, smart and Intelligent he works in his mind and his hart he is so great with his staff Also lith he is workful respectable and smart The food is so tasty and delicious All the staff at the breakfast Khalid, Khala, Mariya, Aamer, Yaqen, Mustafa, Noufel, Mouatasem, chef Osama, Chef Ahmed almasry are greatest staff I've seen Ms, Ghazlen and Mr, Faris they are so nice and classy they Farewell me with flowers The spa is so comfortable there, Areej and Sara are so nice I'm really so happy to visit The Ritz-Carlton Amman I enjoyed and I will put Marriott Group the first op in my list

My spouse and I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Amman for one night to celebrate our anniversary, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. From the moment we arrived, the level of luxury and attention to detail was impeccable. I had requested an anniversary cake, and to our delight, not only did they prepare it beautifully, but they also included a bag of delicious chocolates. This thoughtful touch set the tone for our entire stay. The room was incredibly spacious, with every comfort you could imagine. Everything about our stay was exceptional, and we will most definitely return to the Ritz-Carlton Amman. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and personalized experience!

Overall experience was great we booked two rooms including breakfast, the breakfast was very nice with a wide selection of foods and drink options 😋. On the last day we asked if our checkout could be delayed the staff offerd us a free late checkout till 4 oclock which was great. A few highlights of my stay was the lady in the lobby who played the harp which very soothing and created an atmosphere of elegance. Also finally on the last day while we were sitting in the lobby we got talking to a member of staff her name was Leah she gave us a short history of the hotel and back ground information on some of the art pieces in the hotel she was lovely and very friendly.

Hosam

I love the people who work there, particularly the receptionist Ashraf. He is so accommodating, kind, professional, and caring. Love his smile as well. The young guys who work at pool area are also very nice. They are the gem of Ritz Carlton.

Yuanlin

Great room interior, spacious room,spacious bathroom, modern, comfy beds and very luxurious. The staff were all friendly and the facilities and the pool are very nice. Top 3 in Amman now for sure!
