The Ritz-Carlton, Amman

From the moment I arrived, the level of hospitality and attention to detail at The Ritz was extraordinary. The lobby’s grandeur set the tone for a sophisticated and luxurious stay. My room was impeccably designed, combining classic elegance with modern comfort—plush bedding, high-end amenities, and a stunning view of the city. The highlight was undoubtedly the service: every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and genuinely eager to ensure my stay was perfect. The on-site restaurants offered a delightful culinary journey—especially the exquisite breakfast buffet that catered to every taste.

Great room interior, spacious room,spacious bathroom, modern, comfy beds and very luxurious. The staff were all friendly and the facilities and the pool are very nice. Top 3 in Amman now for sure!

The hotel is excellent and brand new. For a new hotel the service is impeccable too. It’s hard to fault in all honest and compares favourably against the St R and 4S

Overall experience was great we booked two rooms including breakfast, the breakfast was very nice with a wide selection of foods and drink options 😋. On the last day we asked if our checkout could be delayed the staff offerd us a free late checkout till 4 oclock which was great. A few highlights of my stay was the lady in the lobby who played the harp which very soothing and created an atmosphere of elegance. Also finally on the last day while we were sitting in the lobby we got talking to a member of staff her name was Leah she gave us a short history of the hotel and back ground information on some of the art pieces in the hotel she was lovely and very friendly.
